Crabbie’s, the world famous Alcoholic Ginger Beer, returns as the Headline Sponsor of the 2017 National Rugby Awards after partnering with the event for the first time in 2016.
Crabbie’s are a passionate supporter of the game – especially grassroots rugby – and they want to help amateur and community clubs thrive and grow.
That’s why this season they have launched Crabbie’s Rugby Rewards, to give something back to the sport that we all love.
Clubs can sign up for free at www.crabbiesrugby.co.uk and then start collecting points towards a series of rewards. For every bottle of Crabbie’s sold behind the bar, your club will earn points that can be cashed in for balls, bibs, tackle pads, post protectors and much more.
All equipment is top of the range, provided by trusted names such as Ram Rugby, Rhino and Gilbert. As the season progresses, Crabbie’s will be offering exclusive ‘money can’t buy’ experiences to your grassroots clubs, including elite coaching sessions to improve your coaches, the opportunity to play on some of the English game’s finest pitches, tickets to the biggest games and personal appearances by legends of the sport.
Michelle Chadwick, Senior Marketing Controller for Crabbie’s, says: “Crabbie’s is supporting rugby at all levels of the game – and most of all we want to encourage participation at the grassroots.
“Amateur clubs are at the heart of their communities and we want to help them by providing the equipment they need to prosper and grow.
“We hope that everyone will get behind Rugby Rewards and start collecting points for their clubs.”
